Hi. :)

Yes, I know the last post was L-O-N-G and NOT recommended for blogging, but I was so tired, I just HAD to "plop" it all down in one spot and get to bed. :P

Today we had one .pdf thingie to read from Ed and also a video that really was the same thing, but Ed was speaking...made it more personal.

There was nothing new (per se) to "learn" but it was a big "recap" of what we have been doing so we are ready for TOMORROW.

*Backup!* Well, there was a little something "new"...remember when Ed had us download Google news and blogs into our Bloglines(.com)?? Well, today he pointed out that GREAT COPY is KING.

You need GREAT COPY. Period. 'Nuff said.

If you have something crappy like my long on-and-on-oh-please-someone-stop-it entry yesterday :P, you need to chop that up into something very "readable" and friendly (well, mine WAS friendly I'd say! :P) and short-n-sweet to the point.

We're all busy. People read lots of things and cannot spend a ton of time diving DEEP AND LONG into yours.

Make it friendly, readable, enjoyable, relevant,etc. Ya-di-ya-di-ya-da. :P

>>>>He gave us an actual MISSION today!!!!<<<< Oh, yes! *tingles*

The Mission is this:

~~~Write 3 short articles for EACH phrase (use GoogleDocs/Notebook/Word,etc.)
~~~Remember to (Oh! THIS IS IMPORTANT!!! TAKE NOTE!!)
*Put YOUR PHRASE in the HEADING.
*Put YOUR PHRASE in the FIRST SENTENCE (somewhere!).

~~~Keep it LIGHT!!! Keep it friendly! Keep it welcoming.
**Note the HOT KEYS on Bloglines (it may save you valuable time to use 'em!) :)
Besides that, my good buddy :P (news to him! LOL) MR MIKE MINDELL made up a GREAT too for us in the TDC!!! It totally rocks!!!
See THIS POST in the FORUMS and ENJOY IT!! I am so beyond thrilled!! I still have to work on my niches. I think they really are not up to par and I was just accepting them due to lack of time on my part and I am burnt toast....so, if I can't look into that tonight some, I will try to get up even earlier than my normal 6am wake-up time and shoot some ideas around in the still silence as the rest of the gang sleeps.
If you use it, be sure to let Mike know your feedback! He worked 18hrs. on it.
Best wishes on your niches!!! I hope you have at least one goodie for tomorrow!!!
Cheers!!!
Kelly
(PS: We saw tons of meteors last night --huge meteor shower going on in our part of the world! It was really peaceful and wonderful to be out late at night as a family, all on our backs looking up and watching for these as the crickets chirped!)
